Read the guidelines on this page carefully, then complete the registration form below.
We welcome artists and artisan vendors who create their own unique items. To showcase the hard work and talent of our vendors, mass produced items should be limited and no MLM vendors permitted (Scentsy, Tupperware, Herbalife, etc). Food vendors must have a clean, professional food truck or trailer.
The Cheatham County Sasquatch Festival (Cheatham County Squatchfest) is a family-friendly event. No weapons, or drugs permitted. The sale of smoking or illegal drug related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited.
The sale of merchandise bearing the trade names, "Preserve Cheatham County", "Cheatham County Sasquatch Festival", "Cheatham County Squatch Fest," or the CC Squatchfest logo, including on t-shirts and other apparel, by any vendors other than Preserve Cheatham County is strictly prohibited.
The Cheatham County Squatch Fest is an outdoor festival. All vendors must bring their own tent and tables. Water and electric hook-ups are not available in the vendor area. CC Squatchfest is a rain or shine event so please plan accordingly. Refunds / transfers will not be issued in the event of vendor cancellation.
Setup and Takedown: Festival hours are 11am to 6pm with the Fun runs beginning at 9:30 am. Please be in the park by 9:00am to ensure our runners and spectators are not impeded by Vendor traffic. Vendors should be set up and ready by the festival opening at 11:00 am, but you're welcome to start earlier for runners and spectators who have completed their race. Vendors will receive detailed set-up instructions via email prior to the event date.
Note to food vendors: We accept food trucks and trailers only. There are no water or electric hookups. You must bring your own generator and water tanks.
PET POLICY: Due to crowd size and for the safety of guests, pets are not permitted on festival grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DISCLAIMER: Cheatham County Sasquatch Festival is a rain or shine event. Ticket and vendor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants assume all risk and liability associated with participating in the event and release Cheatham County Sasquatch Festival, its organizers, and the venue from all liability for injury and property loss/damage that may result.
